Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Class 2 Driver to join our client's transport and delivery team in the Cricklade area. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering wood products to customers across the local area using a curtain-sided rigid 18-tonne truck.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete an average of 6 drops per day of wood products to customers
  • Drive a curtain-sided rigid 18-tonne truck
  • Operate a remote grab HIAB for 50% of the workload

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Class 2 driving license
  • Have at least 12 months of experience driving a Class 2 vehicle
  • Be a minimum of 25 years old
  • Have no more than 6 points on your license

Benefits:

  • Temporary to permanent contract
  • Monday to Friday, 07:30am starts daily
  • Average of 40 hours per week
  • £15.00 per hour (PAYE)
  • Opportunity to gain HIAB training
