PureStay is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stock control.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and report on team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and improving processes.
