Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users living independently in their own homes.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist our service users with daily living tasks, personal care, and hygiene, as well as light meal preparation and domestic tasks. You will also be responsible for administering medication and providing emotional support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Assist service users with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
- Prepare light meals and assist with domestic tasks
- Administer medication as required
- Provide emotional support and companionship to service users
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
