Join Our Team as a Lead Mechanical Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Engineer to drive the design and development of our robotic manufacturing system. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering critical modules within the system, ensuring seamless integration with our bioprocess, robotics, and system engineering teams.

About the Role
  • Lead the end-to-end process of module design, development, and delivery, from concept to detailed engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with performance and manufacturability requirements.
  • Manage technical aspects of projects, balancing trade-offs between specifications, risk, and timelines.
  • Work on a range of engineering scales, from large-scale factory automation modules to small, highly complex, precision electromechanical devices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the Life Science fields, or in consumer products and aerospace.
