We are pleased to announce openings for Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapists to join our dedicated team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a transformative training program aimed at enhancing the delivery of psychological therapies.
The NHS service focuses on providing psychological support for individuals facing challenges such as anxiety and depression. We are looking for passionate and driven candidates who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
The selected individuals will be part of a dynamic Talking Therapies team, delivering time-limited, evidence-based interventions in line with established guidelines. Our team comprises professionals from various therapeutic backgrounds, fostering a rich collaborative environment.
The training position will start at a Band 6 salary level, and upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will advance to a Band 7 role as qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapists.
It is essential to note that successful completion of the training is a prerequisite for continued employment within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant national initiative that is reshaping the provision of psychological therapies.
The team offers NICE-compliant psychotherapy, including CBT, counseling, and guided self-help, to clients in a primary care context. Our service operates Monday to Friday, providing sessions via various platforms, including virtual and in-person formats.
Clinics are held in various settings to ensure accessibility for clients seeking support.
We address common mental health issues, consistently achieving recovery targets, which reflects our commitment to making a positive impact on individuals' lives.
