About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Senior Specialist to join our team at Next Finance. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in implementing the Oracle Fusion ERP system, focusing on transitioning accounts receivables into the new finance system.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the operations team to design and implement processes for transitioning accounts receivables into the new finance system.
  • Collaborate with the accounts payable and procurement leads to ensure seamless integration.
  • Attend design workshops and contribute to the development of the integration strategy.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the lead manager and ensure that controls are in place to mitigate risks.
  • Participate in familiarisation workshops, design processes, and adopt standard functionality.
  • Review configuration workbooks, prepare and review functional design documents, and prepare and review integration design documents.
  • Support business impact assessments, input into training plans, and participate in test planning and execution.
  • Provide user training, cutover planning and execution, and warranty support.
About You
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and other modules within Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience in implementing change in operational areas, with a focus on controls and automation.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
  • Ability to self-manage, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Presentation.
