Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the team in delivering projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks, ensuring compliance with Kier Group's policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present monthly cost reports, value works executed by subcontractors, and certify interim and final payments.
  • Provide commercial and contractual expertise to the team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing the commercial aspects of projects across various sectors, including education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, Ministry of Defence, and mixed-use projects.
  • Experience in both JCT and NEC forms of contracts.
