Job Overview

ZipRecruiter is seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out domestic heating and boiler repairs and servicing across our region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Diagnose and repair gas boilers and associated gas appliances
  2. Servicing of domestic gas boilers
  3. Completion of CP12's
  4. Central heating system diagnosis
  5. Delivering excellent customer service at all times, representing our company's image and brand in the market

Requirements

  1. Good experience installing, servicing and repairing boilers
  2. Hold current Gas ACS Certificates – CCN1 & CEN1 / CENWAT1
  3. Working as a gas engineer since qualifying and hold a valid gas safe register card
  4. Previous boiler fault finding experience
  5. Boiler fault diagnosis and repair
  6. Solid and structured Boiler Servicing knowledge
  7. General Boiler fault codes knowledge
  8. Competent on Electrical safety checks and use of a Multi Meter
