AI Lead Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Lead to join our growing AI team at Wakapi Web. As an AI Lead, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop AI Solutions: Utilize cutting-edge technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, to create innovative AI solutions.
- Lead Complex AI Projects: Execute complex AI projects from problem definition and architecture design to model training, deployment, and evaluation.
- Build and Maintain AI Infrastructure: Establish and maintain robust and scalable AI infrastructure to support production-grade applications.
- Implement Best Practices: Ensure high-quality and reliable solutions by implementing best practices for data management, model development, and testing.
- Monitor and Evaluate AI Models: Continuously monitor and evaluate AI models for performance, accuracy, and bias.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Stay Current with AI Advancements: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and development.
- Mentor and Guide Junior Engineers: Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and developers.
- Communicate Complex Concepts: Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 years of experience as an AI Engineer or a related role.
- Track Record: Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying successful AI solutions.
- Machine Learning Expertise: Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
- Programming Skills: Excellent programming skills in Python and other relevant languages, such as Java and C.
- Cloud Computing Experience: Experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Data Management Skills: Strong understanding of data management, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for AI: Passion for AI and its potential to solve real-world problems.
