About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcome
  • Managing the front of house area, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer queries
  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
