Job Overview

We are seeking a sophisticated, articulate, and well-groomed individual to fulfill the position of Showroom Host at our Toyota dealership. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clientele.

This position transcends the traditional receptionist duties; as a Showroom Host, you will be pivotal in maintaining an efficient and organized front of house. You will serve as the initial point of contact for many visitors, making it crucial to be courteous, approachable, and self-driven to establish an outstanding first impression of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcoming and assisting visitors to the dealership, while connecting customers with the appropriate staff members.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments.
  • Assisting various departments with customer events and promotional activities.
  • Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • You should take pride in working in a customer-facing capacity, ideally with a history of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You must be comfortable meeting new individuals daily and quickly establishing rapport to foster a positive first impression.
