About the Programme

Sanctuary Group is seeking highly motivated and talented graduates to join its Graduate Development Programme in Technology. This two-year programme is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, where you will have the opportunity to rotate across different teams, develop your skills, and make a meaningful contribution to the organisation.

Key Highlights
  • Comprehensive induction programme, including visits to various operations across the UK and meetings with senior leaders
  • Four six-month rotational placements across Technology, including Project Management, Technology Delivery, and Data
  • Developing commercial skills and making an active contribution to the development of the organisation
  • Involvement in projects with measurable impact on the business
About You

We are looking for graduates who are determined, adaptable, and commercially astute. You will have a strong academic record, with a minimum of a 2:1 degree, and be in your final year of study or have completed your studies within the past two years.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, rising to £30,000 following the successful completion of Year 1

Application Process

The application process consists of three stages:

  • Stage 1: Complete an online application form and submit a 60-second video showcasing your interest and passion for Technology
  • Stage 2: Virtual first-stage interviews, held via MS Teams
  • Stage 3: Assessment Centre, held in our Worcester Head Office in early March 2025
