Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stock Replenishment Assistant to join our team at Guidant Global. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store's inventory is accurately stocked and displayed, meeting the high standards of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Work closely with the retail team to ensure that stock is displayed in a visually appealing and organized manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and colleagues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a retail or inventory management role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required.
