  • Prepare and present management accounts for multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage the purchased ledger, ensuring all transactions are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain weekly KPIs, focusing on revenue and payroll costs, to inform commercial decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
  • Produce a comprehensive management accounts pack on a monthly basis, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the consolidation of management accounts and provide ad-hoc financial support as required.
  • Reconcile intercompany positions on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Undertake various ad-hoc projects, leveraging your financial expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Review and analyze management company overheads, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

You will be;

  • Qualified or qualified by experience in a recognized accounting body, such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
  • Proven experience in a SME environment, preferably with Sage accounting software.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
