Electronics Engineering Manager Role

Futures is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering department and drive the development of innovative electronics products. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the hardware and software teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective product life cycles to meet customer requirements and quality expectations.
  2. Collaborate with the business development team to prepare commercial proposals and drive business growth.
  3. Lead and manage the hardware and software teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Ensure adherence to ISO quality standards and implement process improvements.
  5. Contribute to the development of technical bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Electronics Engineering Manager with a strong background in electronics design and development. You will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of ISO quality standards and experience in managing cross-functional teams is essential.
