Digital Trading Manager at Allen-Associates

Allen-Associates is seeking a driven and experienced Digital Trading Manager to spearhead our online performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing commercially focused strategies that drive sales growth across European markets.

• Craft and implement comprehensive digital strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in key European markets.
• Develop and execute effective campaign launch strategies for maximum impact.
• Own performance marketing initiatives to support revenue objectives and growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Oversee third-party e-commerce channels, ensuring optimal SEO/PPC performance and alignment with overall business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Buying Manager to create category sales and trade plans that drive revenue and market share.
• Manage inventory levels effectively to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including seasonal promotions and flash sales, to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Effectively manage budgets allocated to digital marketing activities.
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies to leverage their expertise in specific areas.
