Job Title: Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at Net Zero Evolution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and the public.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with industry guidelines and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement emergency action plans to ensure a safe and effective response to incidents.
  • Collaborate with site personnel to ensure that all subcontractors meet the strictest safety standards.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees and contractors on health, safety, and environmental procedures.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in safety management, particularly within the electricity transmission and distribution industry.
  • Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, an Internal Audit qualification (ISO 45001), and ideally be a Chartered or Certified Member of IOSH.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
