We are excited to present an opportunity for an Implementation Project Manager within our Transformation Programme team. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to implement significant business enhancements that will positively impact our customers, communities, and the environment.

As part of the Northumbrian Water Group, you will play a crucial role in preparing for our largest investment programme, focusing on capital projects and ensuring our operational readiness.

The Implementation Project Manager will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, focusing on planning optimization and the ongoing management of project timelines. Your role will emphasize the implementation of real improvements while fostering collaboration across various departments.

You will contribute to the leadership of the Workstream, helping to shape the overall vision, objectives, and work programme. Your insights will be valuable in recommending strategic adjustments and ensuring alignment with our goals.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders is vital. You will work closely with different functions within the organization to facilitate change and act as a catalyst for the delivery model.

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals adept at managing multiple priorities and effectively navigating a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in scheduling and meeting deadlines, coupled with excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

Strong planning and organizational capabilities are essential, along with a proactive approach to addressing team needs. While experience in change management and project planning is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
