Overview

Take charge of an exceptional public house located conveniently within walking distance of key transport links. This establishment is part of our Fireside concept, offering high-quality food and beverages in a charming atmosphere.

We are seeking a Management Partner with a dynamic personality to cultivate a welcoming environment that both locals cherish and visitors seek out. You will be responsible for delivering exquisite food and drink in a contemporary pub setting that encourages repeat visits. This venue will stand out among others, featuring a beautifully designed interior, outdoor terrace, and a serene courtyard garden.

About the Venue

The pub boasts a street-side terrace accommodating 40 guests, alongside a hidden garden courtyard with seating for 24. The main bar area can host 48 patrons, complemented by a separate dining room for an additional 30 guests. You will also benefit from a fully equipped kitchen to support your culinary offerings.

The manager's living quarters include a bedroom, private kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious lounge located on the first floor.

The ideal candidate will uphold the establishment's reputation for serving premium beverages and being the premier dining destination in the vicinity. You will ensure that your operational rhythm attracts families and friends for special occasions. Guests will enjoy delightful summers in the courtyard garden or terrace, savoring a remarkable Sunday roast while enhancing the wet-side of the business to attract local walk-in customers. We are looking for a Management Partner experienced in building an outstanding team.

The Partnership – Fixed Structure

If you enjoy collaborating closely with an Operations Manager to create a remarkable pub legacy with uncompromising standards and exceptional guest experiences, then our Managed Partnership is the ideal opportunity for you.

We provide extensive daily support and a robust framework to expand the business, offering an uncapped share of top-line revenue to compensate yourself and your team, in exchange for your Management Company delivering management services at the pub. This structure is yours to manage, subject to management company expenses such as staffing, minor repairs, security, and insurance. We recognize the importance of a Management Company having complete ownership of their team.
