CK Group is seeking a skilled Forecast & Replenishment Associate to support a leading pharmaceutical organization on a contractual basis. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days onsite and two days remote.
Compensation:
Hourly rates range from £19.59 to £26.11, commensurate with experience. This role is classified within IR35 regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee inventory levels for the UK and Ireland Affiliate.
- Timely input of forecasts into the inventory management system.
- Conduct monthly reviews with Brand Teams to ensure forecasts align with sales and business objectives.
- Maintain adequate stock levels at logistics service provider depots to meet patient demand and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
- Generate and compile monthly reports for Demand Operating System (DOS) and inventory reconciliation.
- APICS certification or a degree focused on Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of two years of experience with SAP in Inventory Management and replenishment.
- Two years of experience in replenishment and inventory management utilizing ERP systems.
- Familiarity with GDP regulations.
- Understanding of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Tableau is a plus.
