Role Summary:
We are in search of enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team in a hybrid capacity as Wealth Managers. The ideal candidates will deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions to both personal and corporate clients, assisting them in reaching their financial goals and fulfilling their long-term ambitions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Establish connections with clients to accurately assess their situations and financial goals.
- Deliver specialized guidance on retirement strategies, investment opportunities, tax optimization, risk management, estate planning, and tailored financial solutions for professional athletes.
- Provide pension advisory services, employee benefits consultation, protection for directors/shareholders, corporate insurance, and investment planning for businesses.
- Strive to meet and exceed established targets, ensuring positive outcomes and experiences for clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the financial services sector.
- A proactive, dynamic, and client-focused mindset with a commitment to fostering long-term relationships.
- Ability to effectively engage with new prospects and clients both in person and via phone.
- Proficient in working towards objectives while adhering to best practices in a collaborative team setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
