Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engineering documents and 3D designs using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working within the current engineering team to produce engineering documents and 3D designs
  • Generating Bills of Materials (BOMs) to accompany designs
  • Liaising with colleagues on other engineering tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of mechanical design
  • Engineering qualification in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, or similar
  • Excellent 3D CAD skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining and fabrication
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Keen to develop with a company long term
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
