Position Overview

Marmion is on the lookout for a talented Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for a dynamic and imaginative marketing professional who is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking organization.

Key Information:

  • Location: Flexible working arrangements available
  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience
  • Leave: 30 days of annual leave (increasing by one day for each year of service, up to 35 days) plus Bank Holidays and a special day off for work anniversaries

Role Responsibilities:

This is a remarkable opportunity to become a key player in a start-up environment, guided by an experienced entrepreneur with a successful track record in building and selling tech companies. As the inaugural marketing hire, you will have the chance to shape the marketing direction of the business.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the leadership team to craft a B2C marketing strategy that aligns with our objectives, executing multi-channel campaigns, and employing a data-driven approach to monitor and enhance marketing performance.

Core Duties:

  • Design and implement the B2C marketing strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing initiatives aimed at boosting traffic and conversion rates.
  • Enhance the company's presence on review platforms.
  • Manage digital customer interactions stemming from marketing efforts, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Continuously update and optimize website content to improve user experience.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign and website data to derive insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure unified marketing initiatives.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a B2C marketing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience managing online reputation platforms.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, adept at handling digital customer interactions.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools, with the ability to track and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
  • Must be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK.
