Job Summary

As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Service One teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Front of House, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal staffing through effective duty management.
  • Analysing guest feedback from various platforms and implementing strategic initiatives to elevate service quality and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Managing the FOH division's budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) and Forbes standards through regular training and rigorous evaluation of service delivery.
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, financial efficiency, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Promoting effective communication and collaboration among all hotel departments to align objectives and enhance the guest experience.
