About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential Lettings team at Connells. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.
What We Offer:

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and book valuations
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate agreements
- Progress lets through to exchange and completion
What We're Looking For:
Preferably an experienced sales person, able to generate new business in a target-driven environment, exceptional customer care/service experience, resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a full UK driving license.
