The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree-level education and/or CTA and/or ACA qualification or equivalent, with proven post-qualification experience.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio, including overseeing client onboarding, engagement, billing, and identifying opportunities for improved recoveries and cash collection.
  • An understanding of potential risks related to the firm's quality control procedures and the ability to escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Experience leading complex projects.
  • Experience in people management.
