Key Responsibilities
  1. Health and Safety Policy Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety policy that aligns with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Site Visits and Risk Assessments: Conduct regular site visits to identify potential hazards and ensure that all necessary safety measures are in place.
  3. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  4. Accident and Risk Management: Investigate and report on all accidents and near-misses, and implement measures to prevent future incidents.
  5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all health and safety regulations and standards are met, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a health and safety role, preferably in the construction industry.
  2. Qualifications: NEBOSH Qualified or equivalent.
  3. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Travel and Work Environment: Willingness to travel to sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
