Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in North Berwick. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks. You will also provide companionship and reassurance to our clients, helping to improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Manage medications and administer as required
  • Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks
  • Provide companionship and reassurance to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (desirable but not essential)
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including alternate weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
