We are seeking an experienced National Account Sales Manager to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key customer accounts in the East Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Negotiate competitive commercial terms and agreements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Maximize sales and profit while considering the implications of selling stock versus non-stock products
- At least 12 months of experience in a key account or national account sales role
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
- Strong understanding of the industrial and e-commerce sectors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel
- Competitive basic salary and bonus/incentive schemes
