Job Title: National Account Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Account Sales Manager to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key customer accounts in the East Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate competitive commercial terms and agreements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Maximize sales and profit while considering the implications of selling stock versus non-stock products
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience in a key account or national account sales role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Strong understanding of the industrial and e-commerce sectors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel
