Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Diploma 3/4/5 in Children and Young People or relevant degree in social work.
  • Experience: 2-5 years experience in managing an Ofsted registered children's residential care setting.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation, with a passion for working with vulnerable children and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.
Desirable Skills:
  • Therapeutic Care Experience: Experience in working with children from difficult backgrounds, particularly those with emotional and behavioral difficulties, and knowledge of trauma-informed practices.
