Position: Buyer

Black Fox Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Buyer to join a prominent fitout organization. This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary, which is open for discussion.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in either the manufacturing or construction sectors and demonstrate strong IT capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage purchasing activities for various internal departments.
2. Generate Purchase Orders (POs) as required.
3. Engage with a diverse range of suppliers to gather quotations.
4. Negotiate and confirm delivery schedules.
5. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and new product offerings.
6. Maintain meticulous records and organized schedules.
7. Assess supplier reliability and address any challenges related to supplier relationships and material flow.
8. Keep updated cost reports to enhance operational efficiency.
9. Develop and sustain a comprehensive supplier database.
10. Undertake additional duties as needed.
