Security Team Member

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Security Team Member to join our team at Haven, a leading provider of holiday parks and leisure facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular perimeter patrols and perform safety and fire equipment checks to ensure the security and well-being of our guests.
- Ensure that guests' holidays are not disrupted by maintaining acceptable noise levels in and around caravans.
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Check membership passes and maintain accurate records.
- Complete control logs and reports to ensure compliance with security procedures.

Pay Rates: £18 to £20 per hour for 18-20 year olds, £21+ per hour for those 21 and above.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience within a similar role is desirable.
- Committed and focused on delivering a professional service.
- Team player, happy to support other departments.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude to customer care.
