Key Responsibilities- Maintain contractual oversight of customer accounts for the Swindon site.
- Coordinate the budgeting process and forecast potential revenues.
- Advise and handle the resolution of critical issues related to cost, quality, and delivery of product to completion.
- Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with European Business Development to handle new business opportunities.
- Ensure appropriate staff succession, training, and development programs are in place.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in engineering, scientific fields, and/or Economics.
- Previous experience within a senior business management, key account management role.
- Experience or understanding working with contracts.
- Ideal candidate has experience as a program manager or portfolio management.
- Has successfully worked alongside clients in a commercial fast-paced environment.
- Experience in client management, sales, or marketing and in developing long-term business relationships.
