Principal Social Work Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Social Worker to join our team at Remedy Social Care. As a key member of our Adult Services department, you will play a crucial role in improving strength-based practice across Bexley Adult Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Adult Social Care in ensuring good quality practice and continued professional development with strength-based practice at the centre of social work delivery.
- Provide assurance to the Adult Social Care leadership team and as required, the Corporate Leadership team and the leader of the Council and members in relation to practice and meeting statutory duties.
- Lead social work professional development and embed good practice across the department, focusing on strength-based practice and self-directed support.
- Support the senior leadership team to prepare for a CQC inspection and lead on key actions in relation to this work.
- Have extensive experience of leading and embedding change, preferably as a Principal Social Worker.
- A personal one-on-one service from your highly experienced dedicated consultant.
