We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a dedicated member of our SIPP administration team, you will be responsible for undertaking day-to-day administration work, processing requests with vigilance and caution, and supporting our client and adviser needs with the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day administration of SIPPs, including processing new business applications, completing transfers, and managing investment applications.
- Process payments to investment providers and financial advisers, and ensure timely communication with advisers and members regarding any issues with member requests.
- Complete general servicing processes, such as LOAs, FSCS claims, DSARs, change of agency or contact details, and ensure all requests are tracked until completion.
- Be involved in projects within the administration department and administer other aspects of SIPP and SSAS workload, including SIPPs holding portfolios of properties.
- Build relationships with our advisers and clients, deliver exceptional communication and service, and share knowledge and support less experienced members of the team.
- Ensure full compliance with the Service Level Agreements, improve and/or maintain Quality Assurance across all areas of your work, and embed risk management in all aspects of your work.
- Ability to resolve complaints effectively and contribute effectively to our wider business success within the group.
- Strong SIPP knowledge and experience, with the ability to understand SIPP rules and perform drawdown calculations, bereavement benefit calculations, and divorce calculations.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Fluent and positive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external entities.
- Excellent numerical and customer services skills, with the ability to understand investment transactions and identify non-standard investments.
- Aptitude to learn and adapt new skills, processes, systems, and tasks, with a willingness to contribute to the continuous betterment of the team.
- 25 paid holidays plus bank holidays.
- Hybrid working: considered after six months' successful probation, on a rota of 3 days in and 2 days at home.
- Private Medical Insurance: after six months' probation.
- Group Life Insurance: after six months' probation.
- Pension: auto-enrolled after three months.
- Study Support: support for employees who want to study towards financial qualifications with either fully or part-funded and paid study leave.

- Hours of work: 35 hours per week, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, worked between 9am to 5pm, including one hour for lunch (unpaid) each day.
