About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Partner at Rowlands Pharmacy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career and expanding your skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all branch processes to ensure seamless delivery of pharmacy services.
- Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy and interacting with the community on a daily basis.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
