About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drainage Engineer to join our team as a Trainer and Development Specialist. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for training and assessing Drainage Engineers across our operational teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and competencies to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for Drainage Engineers, focusing on Health and Safety, NWL competencies, Jet Vac, Recycler, CCTV, and Jet Van operations.
  • Capability Development: Assess and develop the skills and competencies of Drainage Engineers, ensuring they meet departmental requirements and industry standards.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to Drainage Engineers, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, apprentices, operational departments, senior leadership, and external training providers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review training data, reports, and observations to identify training gaps and provide coaching and support to address them.
