About The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Butlin's Team in our self-service buffet restaurants.

Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're looking for amazing team members to help us achieve this.

No experience is necessary, and we'll provide all the training you need.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we'll support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to excel.

You'll be welcoming guests, clearing, cleaning, and re-setting tables, as well as cleaning the restaurant ready for the next service.

This is a full-time role with typical working hours covering 35 hours, including breakfast and dinner shifts, every day of the week.

Breakfast shifts are usually 8am-12pm, and dinner shifts are 4:30pm-8:30pm, with weekends being our busiest times.

About You

You don't need any experience to work with us.

If you have a warm, friendly manner and enjoy chatting with people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working with our team.

If you do have previous experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Being a great team player is essential, and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment.

No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

We're open during the week and on weekends, so you'll need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
