Vehicle Paint Sprayer Job Description

At Rubber Duck Cars, we are seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our Accident Repair body shop team in Ayr. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing, spraying, and finishing vehicles to meet the Company and customer's expected standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Preparation: Perform tasks such as masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks to prepare vehicles for painting.
  • Spray Painting: Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, prioritizing customer care and satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years' experience in vehicle paint spraying required.
  • Qualifications: Preferably with ATA but not mandatory.
