**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our mental health practice in Portsmouth, NH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance and operation of our clinic, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic performance and client satisfaction
- Provide training and ongoing developmental support to staff
- Market clinical services and build community partnerships and referrals
- Hire, train, and manage staff, including therapists and support personnel
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to mental health practitioners and professionals
- Collaborate with franchise owners and Ellie Corporate Team to implement policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve client care, quality, and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or higher in a mental health discipline
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
Compensation: $90,000
