Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at the Mercure Bradford Bankfield Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our established kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our guests' expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
  • Participate in menu planning and development to enhance our culinary offerings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
