Job Overview

As a Computer Repair & Sales Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the computing world, including product repairs, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced technicians with repairs and troubleshooting Apple products
  • Develop customer service skills by greeting clients and offering solutions
  • Contribute to sales by assisting with transactions and inventory
  • Learn repairs and maintain a clean work environment
  • Curate captivating content for our company's social media presence
Requirements
  • Strong passion for computing and technology
  • Basic computer literacy, with Apple experience a plus
  • Ability to work consistently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to customer service
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry
  • Confident spoken and written English
Education
  • Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A-C in Maths, Computer Science, Science, or Media
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 in Computer Science, Media, or related subjects
