Senior Physiotherapist Opportunity at Nuffield Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health in Hemel Hempstead. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to optimize their health and recovery.

About the Role

You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases, using your clinical expertise and manual therapy skills to achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and recovery.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practice and manual therapy techniques.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring that our services are safe, effective, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Experience of working in a musculoskeletal or post-operative setting, with a strong understanding of manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy.
