Join Samsung SDS Europe as a Mobile Solution B2B Key Account Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong sales and account management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the mobile solution and MX Large Account channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Liaise with internal teams, including marketing and product marketing, pre-sales and service to ensure seamless delivery of SDS solutions and products.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including demos, maintenance, and customization of products and solutions.
- Manage sales forecasting and inventory management, including stock planning and rotation.
- Monitor sales volumes, revenues, and costs against forecasts and provide strategic account management for partnerships.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales with mobile solution and products sales improvement by supporting and developing relationships with Large Accounts in the UK.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of mobile solutions and products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
