We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Key Account Manager to join our team at JK Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing daily commercial activities, prospecting and recruiting new customers to achieve assigned budget objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
  2. Negotiate performance plans with customers and stakeholders;
  3. Analyse market and competition data to inform sales decisions;
  4. Support sales analysis and forecasting to ensure business growth;
  5. Collaborate with the Project and R&D department to drive business results;
  6. Communicate effectively with international customers to manage key accounts;
  7. Utilize strong negotiation skills and sales techniques to build complex offers;
  8. Manage and maintain SAP and CRM systems to track sales performance;
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyse and present data.

Requirements:

  • Good command of written and spoken English;
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills;
  • Mastery of sales cycles and ability to build complex offers;
  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
