Mpro Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and organizing maintenance engineering and service engineer resources to ensure the efficient delivery of Fire alarm, CCTV, Access, and Intruder services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance engineering and service engineer resources to meet customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Strong engineering background with prior experience in coordinating, scheduling, and organizing maintenance engineering and service engineer resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
