About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house operation of our new restaurant openings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a world-class dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant, including sales, profits, service, and standards
  • Lead and coach teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading world-class restaurants, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
