About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our creative team at In Technology Group Limited. As a Junior Designer, you will be responsible for the creative design, development, and delivery of various marketing collateral and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing graphics, layouts, and visuals to support marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts
- Designing social media, websites, internal, and external communications
- Establishing brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency
- Working with external suppliers to create visuals
- Managing the production of marketing materials
Requirements:
- Graphic Design degree or equivalent
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Knowledge of After Effects or simple motion graphics is desirable
- Knowledge or previous experience in Figma/Sketch is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
