Massage Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our team at Soho House & Co. Our Massage Therapists ensure that our members receive the highest standard of treatments. You will guide members through our offerings and determine which massages would benefit them the most.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional massage treatments to our members
• Guide members through our treatment offerings and recommend the most beneficial massages
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of treatment service and retail recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with members
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a high level of expertise in massage therapy

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3, ITEC, VTCT, or equivalent massage-related qualifications
• Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel better
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
