About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Threshold Support Services in Lanarkshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and carers, ensuring their needs are met and aspirations are achieved.
